- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price includes travel time, setup/cleanup time, necessary prep work, and all wallpaper installation work (including supplies and glue). I would consider a discount depending on the amount of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to work quietly for my clients, I don't listen to loud music and try not to make unnecessary noise to make my clients feel comfortable. I respect the cleanliness of the house, as I have to work in the bedroom and children's rooms I always wear clean shoe covers and cover the bed surfaces so I don't get anything dirty while installing wallpaper.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I've written before, I worked as a handyman. These are quite similar types of work, except that installing wallpaper is a more specialized job.
