Introduction

Building Design is my passion and I love to go the extra mile to get the job done right and efficiently. My specialty is residential architecture and designing a space that works for you and your whole family. I have over 15 years of experience working on single family residences and custom homes since I received a Masters in Architecture from UC Berkeley. Part of secret to my quality and super fast work is my expertise in 3D - Archicad. Unfortunately I do not work on multi-family residences or commercial projects.

I wish I could select all the adjectives to describe Reiko - she is responsive, her work quality is excellent, she is professional and punctual all within my budget! I’m so lucky to have Reiko as my architect! She is very knowledgeable and so efficient that she got my remodel combo building permit approved way sooner than I expected. She is the most honest and hardworking architect designer I’ve found after searching for one for two years. I highly recommend her for your next remodeling project!

Reiko is a true professional and so easy to work with. Even though there were some roadblocks along the way from the City dept., she knows how to navigate expertly to get the work (permit) done and in a timely manner. Five stars all the way!

I originally hired Reiko just to draw up plans for me to submit to the city, but once she completed that work we discussed it and she was able to handle the whole permitting process. She was very hands on and was able to get my permit approved quickly, despite some days on the city's end - which she made sure to chase them on and made sure my application didn't fall through the cracks.

Reiko listened to what I wanted & then came up with different designs for me to choose from. She then made changes we discussed giving me her professional input. Reiko found structural engineers for me to chose from. She guided me successfully through the city approval process. After I finally was able to start construction the contractor needed to consult with her & she responded immediately as often as needed. Reiko made a not very fun process doable & sometimes fun. I would use her again.
