FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the only company on Thumbtack that specializes in the more complex and custom aspects of window and door installations. Unlike other contractors, we have the expertise to handle specialized installations, making us the go-to choice for projects that require advanced knowledge and skills. While we offer competitive pricing for standard window and door replacement projects, our custom installations may come at a higher cost. However, they are typically more affordable because we manage everything in-house and do not rely on subcontractors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-home estimates for customers who reach us outside of this platform. Additionally, we provide quotes over the phone or via email for customers who have their basic drywall-to-drywall measurements ready. Please note that anyone who books an estimate through Thumbtack and decides not to move forward with the project will be charged a $100 fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Trinity Window Products, our expertise in window and door installations comes from years of hands-on experience and specialized training. Our team members have extensive backgrounds in the construction and remodeling industries, with formal education in fields such as carpentry, structural engineering, and architectural design. Additionally, we continuously stay updated on industry best practices, new materials, and installation techniques through ongoing training and certifications. We also focus heavily on custom projects, such as structural modifications, load-bearing header installations, and framing for non-standard openings, which require specialized knowledge and skill beyond traditional window and door replacements. This combination of formal education, hands-on experience, and ongoing professional development allows us to deliver the highest-quality installations for both standard and custom projects.
