We had a small bathroom renovation planned. We requested 2 bids from contractors in the Thumbtack network: Top Knotch and another contractor. Both contractors bid very competitively. (We’d had prior bids from other contractors – not from Thumbtack - at 3 to 5 times the price.) Though Top Knotch was not the lowest bidder of the 2 Thumbtack contractors, we selected this company because they had a variety of skillsets that other contractor did not. In addition to the tile work, they moved a bathroom light, installed an exhaust fan, installed a medicine cabinet, repaired some drywall, could remove and replace the toilet, etc. We have a 1930’s home with hanky wiring and unsquared walls and unleveled floors. Mike was meticulous in his work and was able to overcome the unique challenges of this home. The mosaic rock backsplash (floor to ceiling) and the porcelain wood-look floor tile is beautiful. Mike and his assistant were always on time and worked a full day, every day until the project was completed. We were impressed that in this day of technology and constantly being “plugged in” to the world by cell phone, he didn’t drop everything to answer the phone every time it rang. His time in our home was spent on our project. Mike is very professional and meticulous in his work product. We’d use this company again and have plans to use him for our upcoming kitchen remodel. Tile installation and Replacement in Corona, Ca. Mike and Bruce did an awesome floor tile job in my den, kitchen and bathrooms. Bruce is prompt, professional and very clean with his work. Mike is detail oriented and very knowledgeable of his craft. He gave me suggestions on my baseboards and I am quite pleased with the results. Their work quality is exceptional. I will be using these guys again.

Absolutely love our new bathtub and shower remodel. Mike did an amazing job redoing our tile and bathtub. He was always on time and extremely professional. Very genuine and nice to chat with. Hard to find good people nowadays and he is one of them. We can’t wait to use our new bathtub!

Mike did a great job tiling a shower in one bathroom and replacing a tub and shower walls in another. I hired Mike to do this job for my mom, which could have been challenging as I was not present; however, Mike was very quick to reply via text when I had questions or concerns. I would use Mike again should I have further remodel needs!
