- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure the date/time and this is separate from the overall price of the requested service. I am negotiable and understand the price hike in everything. I’ll always do my best to be within a very reasonable range.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I think customers should put some thought into exactly what they want or need along with what their budget is. This will help planners better understand the “ask” and also determine if the provided budget is within their compensation means. We strive to make every event a successful one and want to relieve our clients from all stress possible!
