Would highly recommend this company for any housekeeping. I hired Maid in Heaven to deep clean my sister’s house. Although I had some issues with the initial cleaning, the owner sent someone out to make things right, no questions asked. Very polite and punctual group of people working for the company. I did end up scheduling regular monthly cleanings because they did a great job, and went above and beyond to make things right . Shout out to Ella who was sent to do the re-do . Great service . U am very satisfied .

Used them last month for a simple cleaning of kitchen, two full bathrooms and one half bath. Don’t think it was worth the over $200 for that. Had to go over and point out spots that were missed several times. Stairs were half vacuumed. The cleaning ladies were nice but I would probably never book again. Also, wasn’t informed when I booked that it was cash or check only so that was also annoying. Also not getting anything in writing was also frustrating. They only talk over the phones but won’t follow up in a message on the app or text to give you written confirmation of anything. I’ll keep looking for a more affordable option because it was a basic cleaning without any of the frills and not even a full house. Updated: Sarah from Maid in Heaven was persistent in reaching me to rectify the situation upon receiving the review and we are working together to come up with a plan to move forward. I appreciate her taking the time to go the extra mile to remedy the situation. That effort alone would warrant me to return to them for business because that shows that they really do care about their reputation and want to leave a positive impact on their customers.
