We charge a flat rate so we clean until your home is clean
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon inquiry we provide an estimate over the phone or via message. if you would indeed like to move forward with scheduling your cleaning with us a reservation/payment is required. We want to ensure each client is well taken care of, this requires careful planning of the days ahead. Our goal is to honor your time and all clients time we cannot do that if there is an influx in bookings. We will send a receipt and a text to confirm your cleaning is officially scheduled. We commit to a 2 hour arrival window and will text when en route to your home.
