Al did a fantastic job tracing and rewiring our cable cabinet to activate the Ethernet jacks across our home. Al was very prompt and easy to communicate with to explain the project that Spectrum and building maintenance were unable to do. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to start with an introduction email or call to asses the problem. Once the problem details are communicated, a service call appointment is made. All service calls are paid up front and the deposit goes towards the cost of the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of on the job training ranging from residential, to commercial/industrial. C10 and C20 certified. OSHA 10 certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been working in the construction business my whole life.
