- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy getting to know our clients and out about their vision for their project. We are very flexible with communication whether it's a phone call, or text message. In order to understand the details of the upcoming work, we recommend meeting in person if it's within Sacramento County or nearby. If it's far away, then we ask our clients to send us a video and a photo of the place where you want to install wallpaper. Lots of our clients know exactly what they are looking for, but we always happy to help those that are looking for more ideas or trying to decide what kind of wallpaper to select. After understanding the details we need, we prefer to send text message proposal for the requested work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have design and artist education, more than 20 years of experience with barelief, murals painting, accent walls creation, walls smoothering and wallpaper installation. Our goal is perfect quality of every project.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We honestly love what we do. We have installed such a wide variety of wallpaper and the thing we're most fond of is our happy clients. Wallpaper is such a unique design element and we enjoy being a part of the creative process.
