We hired Ivan for our master bathroom remodel for three reasons:
1. Of the three contractors we received quotes from he was the only one to bring up ideas for ways to improve the space and make it more functional and enjoyable.
2. His bid was reasonably priced and he clearly outlined each piece of the job. He also made us a list of the items we would need to shop for. Very helpful!
3. He responded quickly to all my many questions.
Ivan does impeccable work. We so appreciated his attention to detail. He has a great eye and we’re so pleased with the outcome.
Additionally, Ivan works with vendors that saved us $$. We saved over $1,000 on our shower doors by using the company he recommended. And they got them installed in half the time we were quoted by another vendor. The same exact doors!
Ivan left our home as clean and clutter-free as he could at the end of each work day, which we greatly appreciated. And he finished the job right on time!
We plan to hire Ivan for our next home improvement project.

Iván did a great job putting new tile in our bathroom, we are very pleased with how it looks. We appreciated his timely in home estimate. He explained the process thoroughly so we knew what to except. He also worked with us on the timing, doing the job almost immediately!
