- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies upon services. Our services range from online coaching to in-person training and hybrid training. Please send us a message to schedule a call, and we can discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make everything as simple as possible. We jump on a phone call to discuss your goals and see if we are the right fit for you. If we decide to work together, you will be emailed forms to fill out and questionnaires. The first session is more so an assessment — Assessing your overall health. Once enough data is collected, We structure an effective custom workout plan/nutrition plan along with anything additional we feel you would benefit from! We work to find the correct scheduled time slot that works for both the client and trainer. We get to work on your goals and keep data and notes all through the training what isn't measured can not be managed. As a team, we stay focused and watch your life change!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a firm believer that education and knowledge should never have an end. Along with our active qualifications. We stay on the latest education as ongoing research and development, and new scientific studies are always being conducted. We enjoy learning and keeping our minds up to date with the latest reviews and analysis. Aside from education, our experience in the fitness industry is well-versed and far from the average, after all, how can you guide someone through a goal if you haven't helped many including yourself do so?
