- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices reflect: Quality Service #1, mobilization,vehicle/trailer use, labor & guaranteed satisfaction. *Only additional charges would be disposal fees for appliances ,matresses, tire's , ect.. *Paint's, oils, chemicals & hazardous waste not accepted at the moment. I offer 10% off for veterans & seniors. Plus $20 Cash rewards for referrals.💪😎
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Communicate scale of job, access, schedule & pricing. -Depending on scale of work we would schedule to walk the job. -We would then confirm acceptance & payment methods before scheduling. -Notify customer time of arrival on scheduled date -Complete scope of work -We Always Aim to please, we would discuss with customer that work is completed to their satisfaction before leaving. -Send final invoice once completed *Payment due upon completion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had various training certs in Safety, hazardous removal & cleaning including; OSHA 40, Asbestos,Lead,Mold,IICRC, Hazwopper,Heavy equipment, tree removal operations & Management training. I have obtained my C-21 general contractors license & Commercial Class A driver license with multiple endorsements.
