Many of the areas of the house were not cleaned including dusting of the furniture. Cleaning was more like a quick clean that you would get in a hotel. She did tell me they taken an unexpected job earlier leaving her less time to complete the cleaning.

Other than being 30 minutes late and making minor misses, the cleaning was good overall. Delilah cleaned better in some areas, like the bathroom, than previous cleaners. There were layered spills on the floor that got missed, and household trash bags were left outside in front, and not disposed of in the garbage cans. Thank you!

Thank you for your review. Besides the 30 minutos late, something which can’t be changed. She put the trash bags together with others trash because she couldn’t find you trash bean. You requested for all the windows outside cleaned but you didn’t want to pay the full price, she still cleaned all of them without extra charge. Sometimes doesn’t matter how much more you do for someone is never enough.
