- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you hire us you get professional help with the mindset that if you aren't profitable, we aren't profitable. We may bill by the hour, but we never drag our feet. Early set up and clean up can take extra time, but we look for the highest efficiency options going forward to keep our time to a minimum and your bill low. Efficiency, Accuracy, and when appropriate a good dose of Creativity are all a part of our daily routine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with entrepreneurs and learning about their approach to running their unique business. Tell me your successes, and then dive into your pain points. Using my experience in many industries, I will craft a custom approach that will suit your needs. Usually after a half-hour on the phone and a brief review of your accounts I can give you a good idea of what we can do to help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I found my passion for accounting when I first started doing the instore books for a drug store at 19 years old. I moved through different corporate roles as I completed my bachelors degree and later my MBA. I discovered a shared passion with other entrepreneurs and started my own firm in 2013. Now I get to share the experiences I have gained working with clients from just about every major industry to make each new client work even better. I am ridiculously passionate about what I do.
