Derek showed up for our initial appointment as scheduled to look at our pool. He was knowledgeable and professional and we hired him to clean our pool on a weekly basis for a competitive price.

If I was given the option to select all highlights when writing this review, I definitely would!! Derek has been cleaning our pool on a weekly basis for almost 2 months now. He continues to show up every Thursday at exactly 10:00am as promised from the very beginning. We do not have a vacuum and tend to get quite a few leaves and dirt in the bottom every few days. He does an excellent job at removing EVERYTHING from top to bottom, side to side, and our waterline tile always looks wonderful after his visit. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the great service Derek continues to provide for our pool!

Derek responded to my request for spa service very quickly and was out in less than 24 hours to look over and chemically treat my recently acquired hot tub. I am so excited to now have it running & ready to use. Derek is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m happy to now entrust him with its weekly care and maintenance so I can just sit back and enjoy it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Service begins at $120 per month and can go up to $140 per month for weekly service. depending on pool, equipment and whether the pool has a vacuum or not. thank you
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them and inspect pool and equipment before agreeing on service. This is so I can quote a fair price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I built my pool 15 years ago and have also maintained my pool. I also went through an extensive training period with a pro who has maintained pools for 20 years.
