Ms. Eng is wonderful! She works on Royal Conservatory of Music material but covers theory and other pieces as well. The balance between learning piano as a passion and learning piano for an exam is well maintained. She also adds history and general knowledge about instruments to help students put themselves in the era of the composers to really get a feel for the piece.

Linda is an extremely talented vocal coach! She is wonderful at articulating singing techniques in a way that resonate with me. She has so much knowledge and expertise, and customizes my sessions to fit with my needs and work on my improvement areas. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the first lesson, I will ask you to tell me a little bit about your own goals and musical interests. From there I will select the best quality materials for you and you will know what to expect from every lesson, as well as what to practice during the week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an experienced stage performer in both voice and piano with a bachelor's degree in music education and a master's in education. I've been performing with a local band for the last 10 years!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you hire a music teacher who has a college music degree, who can explain techniques in many effective ways. Hire a music teacher who is warm and makes you feel at ease!
