- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a discovery phone call to discuss your goals, health, and current challenges. Next, clients are sent an intake form via email to complete before the first session. The first health coaching session is a vision session focusing on your ideal wellness dream and figuring some of the big themes and challenges in your life that we will take a deeper dive into. The first session (for either bodywork or training) will include a functional movement and posture assessment so that I can put together an appropriate plan.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I find it extremely rewarding to help people feel healthier and better in their body. I used to work at desk job and I got too antsy sitting at a desk all day. My background in sports and fitness made it a no brainer decision to work as a health and wellness professional.
