FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Project fees are typically managed on an estimated hourly rate. Depending on the scope and scale of a project, fees can alternatively be determined as a percentage of construction costs. We provide a detailed breakdown of all fee estimates as part of our contract and proposal documents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first meet or talk with our potential Client to discuss the intentions for the project. Following an initial meeting/ call, we will tailor a work plan and fee estimate to suit the specific project goals. No job is too small or too big for us! Once a contract is signed, we will proceed with the agreed-to workflow, schedule and budgeted amount of hours. Since every project is different our process varies to accommodate the specific needs of the Client.
