Armen showed up on time! He was very professional and he completed the work not only in a timely fashion but he also performed superbly! I have over half a dozen properties for rent, needless to say, I work with a lot of contractors and handyman, without any reservation, I can attest that Armen's work, attention to detail and his professionalism was above and beyond, I will be working with indefinitely.

We have a new facility that had some minor damage because of some animal residents. I reached out to Armen and he responded quickly, came out and gave a very fair estimate. We mentioned we had a grand opening soon and he said he would finish before the opening and and did! The work was done very well and within budget! Great work!
