- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a strong art background and started my career in graphic design so I have a good ability to do layouts to scale. Decorative painting has been fun and creative.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Faux finishes and interior residential murals.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I created a faux china cabinet on the inside of locked memory care doors so that the residents saw the doors as the end of a hallway with a piece of furniture and nor doors to hang around. I liked creating trompe l'oeil art that served a function.
