- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim for 3 or 6 month programs paid in full or possibly 2 payments. One on one clients I aim for 10 packs but also will do 1 session for free to see if we are a good fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the individual. Making sure it is a good fit. Learning about their lifestyle and where I can help in many different aspects not just how they look but feel and so on. I like to help find balance by making workouts and nutrition plans as enjoyable as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients with diabetes, hypertension and or obese. Elderly clients for flexibility. Many clients for recomposition (lose fat, gain muscle). Clients for army, fire or police academy. Bodybuilding and strength training
