Adam is a very intelligent and smart IT man. He was right on time and did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my computer and laptops. I had hired Adam to fix the wireless connectivity between my laptop and printer. We spoke over the phone about what I needed and set up an appointment. But a friend of mine decided to look at my problem and was able to fix it before my appointment with Adam. I sent a message to Adam to let him know that I needed to cancel the appointment. I also texted him as a back-up to the cancellation. Adam was very understanding of the situation...a total professional in every way. I will keep his contact information in case I have any further computer related problems.
