I am extremely detail oriented and creative. It is my goal to be certain that the dance is perfectly aligned with the dancers' ability and desired end product. Working with Leslie is an incredible experience! She has worked with my daughter's dance group for the school talent show and has such a broad knowledge of dance technique and makes learning fun for all of them. She taught them wonderful technique and the end product was an incredible performance for the school. Currently, she is working on our 10 year wedding vow renewal dance and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to work with her again. Leslie truly enjoys what she does and it shows with the enthusiasm she brings to the routines she choreographs. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing routine and wants to have fun doing it. She will be there every step of the way to make sure everything looks just the way you imagined it.

I worked with Leslie as a teacher assistant in high school for one of her dance classes. She was the best dance teacher I have ever had! She has such unique choreography and a huge variety of styles. She would support me in all of my ideas for choreography in her class and helped me learn how to teach high school students. I was a part of her dance concerts all 4 years in high school and every show was entertaining and very fun to watch. Leslie always has a smile on her face and is one of the most positive people I have ever met! She inspired me to be a dance teacher and opened my mind to crazy possibilities in choreography. Leslie has a way of pushing people to do great things while always being positive. She can do any style and teach any level and always makes sure the choreography looks good on whoever she is working with. Everyday of class with her was a fun experience and I grew a lot as a dancer, choreographer, and teacher because of her!

Leslie choreographed a variety of dance pieces for my high school dance concerts over several years time. I have known Leslie since she was a theatre and dance student of mine. She has always been responsible, passionate, and creative. After graduating from college she came back to help me develop pieces for my shows. Her choreography is impressive. It is always interesting, creative, and a crowd pleaser! Students love to work with Leslie. She is positive in her approach to teaching and has a great sense of humor that is appreciated by all. She comes prepared and quickly develops the piece of choreography and creates a finished product in the time allotted. I would hire Leslie anytime I had the opportunity to do so.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is generally based on an hourly price. Discounts are offered when customers purchase multiple lessons in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I speak with my customers over the phone to discuss what styles of dance and songs they are considering. Then once we have our first rehearsal we get right into choreography or learning the basics of the style they have chosen. I create each dance specifically to the needs of my customer, so each product is unique.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in dance from California State University Fullerton and have a California teaching credential in dance, theatre, and English. I attend many dance conferences and workshops to stay up to date with the latest trends. In the past, I have attended dance seminars and workshops in New York, Phoenix, and Los Angeles.
