- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, I respond promptly to discuss their needs and assess the project. I ask questions like: Where would you like the TV mounted? What type of wall do you have? Do you need any additional services (e.g., soundbar setup, cable management)?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience with TV installations, including mounting, setup, and wiring for a variety of TV models and wall types.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this field about six years ago when a friend of mine, who was already experienced in TV installation, brought me on to help with some of his projects. I quickly developed a strong interest in the work, learning the ins and outs of TV mounting, wiring, and setup. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside him on a variety of installations, gaining hands-on experience and refining my skills. After helping friends and family with their own setups, I decided to branch out and offer my services professionally.
