- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your pricing is dependant on your square footage of home. Ancillary services such as Air Quality sampling, Mold, Pool is at an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductory at beginning describing what the inspection covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc. We always ask the customer what their concerns are in the home. At the end we give a full summary of our findings and answer any of their questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified Master Inspectors and Internachi certified. To receive a Master Inspector status you would have had to complete well over 1000 inspections and completed all courses related to Home Inspections.
