Max responded quickly to my request about noises my wall heater was making. As I explained to him my concerns and the possible solutions I might explore, I was pleasantly surprised that he was very honest about expressing to me that, since it was old, most wall heaters will make noises even with a newer model. What really impressed me was the knowledge he demonstrated and the information he offered even though it might not mean a service visit from him. I will DEFINITELY call him when I need a new wall heater!

If I can choose more options on the quality and service I would but I was capped at 3. Overall I’m a huge advocate of veteran owned business and it’s never failed me. Max was on time and fair. Shopped around for the old parts and was able to still took care of me. The same service I offer in the emergency room with distressed families.
