Max is awesome! He basically guided me on what to do, and I was able to repair the issue myself. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a service technician. He said it was okay to charge me for the repair, but based on my issue, he suggested what to do instead. Because of this, Max is definitely staying on my contact list. Recommend him 100%

I called Max to diagnose a water leaking from the vent. Unfortunately the issue wasn't the vent and likely a plumbing issue but Max was honest and he didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. He is one of the very few people who are honest. I would definitely recommend hiring him.

Max is the best! I had issues with both my heating and AC units having been installed poorly and he knew exactly how to engage in repairs that were best for my system and my bank account. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and personable and that made me very comfortable. I will definitely be using him for some larger projects I have in the future.

Trustworthy, honest and good at what he does! Max saved the day!
I had another company come over to check my heater last week and try to fix it . (It was dead) They did almost nothing and immediately started the sales pitch to sell me an entire new system for thousands of dollars. Offering me financing and telling me that it was going be a “Cold long winter.”
I am so thankful that I came across Max. He looked at my heater and checked it thoroughly. It turned out that all it needed was to press a reset button! He saved me so much money. Thousands of dollars! Then he cleaned the air conditioner and the outside unit and did maintenance on it. It runs fantastic now. Better than it did originally.
He is the most honest, thorough repair man I have come across in my life. He literally save the day. Thank you Max! You are one in million!

Excellent service! We recommend Tactical Airflow 100% to anyone. We had no heat coming out of our vents since last winter. We finally decided to hire a professional. The technician responded to our request in a timely manner. Great communication from day one. He showed up on time the following day and was able to figure out what needed to be fixed within minutes. He did an excellent job fixing our heater. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
We are very pleased with his service. We are also grateful to find a wonderful and reliable service in the area. We will definitely hire him again.
