- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
85 for a service call but in some cases fee can be waved if homeowner decides to hire us if more work needs to be done, estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we always try to keep them well informed in the work we will be doing so they have peace of mind and learn information on the system they have. We want them to have trust in us that we will do the best job we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone to schooling before but continually are in training to be updated in new service or install procedures and technology to better serve our customers.
