Wow! Groza was immediately responsive when I placed my request. They responded of their availability based on my choice on their online calendar. Then responded that they wanted to check a availability of the needed part based on photos I submitted with my request. Within minutes they confirmed the part was available and asked if I wanted to confirm the next day appointment I had requested. I did, and the next day the Groza workman arrived and replaced the broken handle on my dishwasher within minutes. I love how smooth and affordable the whole process was. Thumbs up all the way! I immediately texted friends and neighbors to share the experience of working through Thumbtack for trusted and affordable home repairs.

Groza came and troubleshooted my oven repair. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. He fixed my oven and it is working like new. He did a great job explaining to me what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. If i have any other appliance repairs i will definitely contact him. His pricing is very competitive as well.
