This was an awesome experience with Mayra house cleaning. I got a move out clean done by them and sure enough the home looks sparkling now.And they did it so swift. Please also note that all of the negative reviews they have got are for no shows for some reason. I don't see anybody unhappy with their quality of work. So I would highly recommend this service.

Mayra and her sister did a great work! Our house recently had a renovation and it was a mess when they arrived. There was a lot of dust and our cat’s fur was everywhere. Mayra and her sister spent ~3 hours to clean our 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two living rooms. They made the space clean, tidy and organized. It’s like we are living in a brand new house now.

Mayra has become very unprofessional at this point. I had to reschedule our recent cleaning because I was out of the country for a week. Once arriving back she was to come on our normally scheduled day and time. She then changed the time to evenings and we previously discussed evenings so not work for us. But has became unresponsive and has poor communication skills with me as a client. She has been cleaning my home for a few months and each time she arrives at least 20 minutes late, that I started to expect it. She has now become so overwhelmed with clients, that she confuses me for others and then apologizes. She doesn’t stick to our scheduled time or 2 week schedule. I text her and she doesn’t respond, I call her and she says she will give me a call back that I never receive. Each cleaning was done in approximately 40 minutes to a hour for my 1,000 sq foot home. But it was always done incomplete. The baseboards weren’t cleaned each time, the appliances weren’t completely cleaned. The bathrooms are cleaned partially, I’m assuming because they aren’t very dirty. And my brand new appliances have now been scratched up because of the abrasive cleaning tool she uses. Because of the bad communication and confusion between clients I simply asked her if I should get another cleaning professional and she told me to do so. I will be updating my review with photos of the damage done to my appliances.
