- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and we charge by the work. There are discounts at certain times of the year,and I am very reasonable and can come to an agreed price with a customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out by either calling or sending them an email/SMS depending on what the customer has on their profile. I then ask if they’d like me to come over and do a walkthrough of what they want cleaned/done. I find it is better to understand in person and get to know who you are working with, and also provides trust and makes the customer know we are responsible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ Years of cleaning experience and know a lot about keeping customers happy.
