Noé gets 10 stars!!!!! He is an honest, quiet, professional and very skilled man! He removed carpet and installed luxury vinyl flooring. He is meticulous and takes pride in his work. I already have him scheduled for another project! The only reason I would not recommend him would be to keep him available for me.
