Douglas and his crew member got the concrete removed and fence extended in one day. They were professional, quick and kind. Would hire again for sure!!

3 tasks were agreed upon: 1. Excavation 2. Leveling and slope grading 3. Paver base installation On the day of excavation, the pro told me that he can't do proper leveling and that he could just estimate the level visually and the proper leveling can be done only during paver base installation; but he couldn't check the level during either task because he was not an expert. Then he tried to sell me another contractor as the leveling and paver expert. On the 2nd (last) day of the job, he told me that he could not do paver base installation as his truck was having engine problems. So at the end, only 1st task was completed. I was left with unevenly excavated backyard with random grade. I did the rest of the tasks myself. Additionally, On the day this pro inspected the job and offered to take it, he told me that he would not damage my sprinklers and also not damage a big lemon tree that was at the entrance of the backyard. On the day of the job, he said the exact opposite. He told me that the tree had to be cut down completely and he would not be able to save my sprinklers. I had turned down cheaper contractors because of the positive reviews and the good conversation I had with the pro during their initial inspection. This definitely seems like a mistake in the hindsight. The 2 stars are for the fact that crew was very respectful and hard working. Based on my experience, I will not be working with this pro again.

Hello Rajas. Thank you for your business. I apologize for the misunderstanding or miscommunication, as I remember we went over the project plan before we started and stated that we did not guarantee the tree or the sprinklers to be saved as the bobcat size was bigger than the entrance where the tree was but we could try I’m sorry the day of the project we were not able to save it, as for the sprinklers we also stated that we could try but not guarantee.
