- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching clients: We will generally have an informal chat about goals and reasons for needing me. If the client proceeds to move forward, we will spend a few hours extensive interview (preferably coming to the clients home to have snoop in the kitchen). This is followed by my recommended medical testing and the client journaling food, sleep and activities for a week. After this, we will meet weekly (online or in real life) and start implementing little changes. It's about slowly creating new habits, so these lifestyle changes are introduced one at a time.

Everybody from retirees to pro-athletes
