- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I price customers based on the size of their group, session frequency, and how far I have to travel to train. Basically the more frequently more of us train, the greater this will be reflected as a 'discount' to the individual(s) of that 'group'.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually after a quote has been submitted based on a clients criteria, and accepted based on mine, the client and I would ideally speak over the phone or in person to discuss when and where to meet at the time and place we plan on most frequently training for an 'interview session' so to speak. We will hopefully decide whether to proceed from there based on said interview...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been formally educated in this practice since 2006, and have experience in teaching my practice since as far back as 2009. My certificates include: Kali/Escrima for stick, knife, and machete tactics a 'Rapid Assault Tactics' certificate (see P.F.S) a Grappling certificate including techniques and drills from BJJ as well as Wrestling, Philipino Dumog, and 'Kina Mutay' a Trapping certificate (Jun Fan/ Wing Chun) And a JKD kickboxing certificate which includes techniques from Kung fu, Savate, Pananjakman/Panantucan, and Muy Thai, to name a few
