- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation. ... And always, always: We follow up with a Discovery Phase that includes a thorough understanding of who you are and what your audience needs. We perform an audit of what has worked for you and what has not in the past, we do a competitive analysis of other competitors, we interview you and your people, and you extract the archetypes for a genuinely differentiated narrative... only then, we give you an authentic brand and/or website that truly announces to the world your full potential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
