Cesar picked our kids up at from Petaluma for their prom in Oakland. His communication was impeccable. I had spoken and texted with him multiple times over the last month. We only put a $75 hold on the night so I was a little nervous but he was there early- made an extra shop for shoes and got the kids there at exactly the time they wanted to arrive. He texted me when he dropped them off and when he dropped them off at the hotel after. I felt so safe knowing he was right outside if anything happened or they needed to leave early. I was very pleased with the price - less than others but it was the reviews and responsiveness that was the deciding factor. He was fun and hip. I will use him again, super happy.

We would pick all 5 choices if we could. We hired Cesar to take us to the airport to pick up our puppy and take us back home. The plane was 3 hours late. So he picked us up about an hour later than was scheduled. We still had an hour before the plane was to arrive, so he found us a restaurant for dinner. Then waited patiently at the airport while we met with the breeder. He was happy to have our puppy in the back seat with us while driving us back home. It was a long, unexpected timeline, but Cesar was kind and understanding. If needed, we would hire him in a heartbeat again.

Cesar Car Services were prompt, communicated well both with me as the person ordering the service for my out-of-country guests and with them. He knew protocol for communicating with international guests and the tools to contact them as well as providing them his contact information. The car was well equipped with water for them during their ride from SFO to Danville and, as they said, the vehicle was quite clean. they had a fantastic experience and I was able to meet with him when he returned to take them back to the airport a week later. My husband and I will certainly use his services in the future.
