Patricia and her team are excellent! They were so nice and very confident in how they moved about my house and took initiative of their tasks. I have invited them back! Update: I've had them back once a month for about 6 months now. The second time they were here, I did not care for their end product, and I let them know. They were very apologetic and told me that it wouldn't happen again. They were so nice, I invited them back. Since then, the work product has declined with each visit. At first, there were 3 people for about 2-3 hours, now there are 2 people for 2-3 hours, but I'm being charged the same price. I also asked them several times to only use the products that I provide, and I let them know if they need a product or a tool, to please let me know and I would get whatever they needed, within reason. Last time they were here, they used a product that I did not provide, and that I actually hate. And, since they ran out of a certain product, and I didn't realize, they decided to use oven cleaner to "clean" my shower. They were SO nice, and I'm so sad that we can't continue our relationship, but I'm looking for a clean house, not a friend.

Two people came to my house to assess what needed to be done. Explained I had a monthly house cleaner but they had been doing a poor job as of lately, and so I wanted to find new people. I explained to them upon the first cleaning. I would like my oven cleaned. We scheduled something for a couple weeks later and they came and cleaned. At first glance the house looked clean. Fawn further inspection I found my oven was not cleaned, my bathroom floors were not cleaned, they didn't move the cat box and vacuum behind it nor did they wipe the baseboards. They charged me 50 extra dollars for the first clean because they needed to do a deep clean yet that's not what they did. I will not be hiring them again.
