Everything was great she left to pick her kid up from school and left some guy cleaning and he didn’t speak English so he called her and she told me that since he helped it would be nice for me to give an extra $30. She called again after that and said she would raise her prices

I’m sorry that I missed you when I left your house for about 10 minutes and went back, but I’m happy that my partner called me immediately when you arrived there. Maybe when we talked by the phone you misunderstood me about the extra $30 that I’ve suggested (and you didn’t pay) to cover the extra time that both of us spent cleaning the windows, deep cleaning a greasy microwave and getting rid of foods inside the fridge before the cleaning, not included at the estimate price and I’m sorry if I didn’t make it clear when I had a chance. Hope you have a great time at your new house and if you need our services again let me know. My best wishes

This was a “moving out of home” cleaning job, just prior to closing. Although I did not allow the cleaners a big enough window to do the proper cleaning they would liked to have done, they did a job that i was satisfied with. They worked hard and when they left, the house smelled wonderful! I especially appreciated Cassie’s flexibility and dedication to doing a thorough job. One more hour, which i did not have, and i am sure they would have done the perfect cleaning they wanted to do.
