- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ritzy & Chic pricing include waiting fees, parking fees, toll road fees and gratuities. Reservation has to be made 24 hours in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with engaging a new client is to understand their needs in order to provide Exceptional Hospitality and Customer Services. My Philosophy has always been to place priority on the care of the peoples first by focus on the clients needs and not on the money.
