After reviewing other contractors work. I narrowed it down to 2 contractors. I could tell Gaspar (Mr. Perez), was busy. So I waited for his response. At the quote meeting, he was quiet but made me feel relaxed. I will miss my lawns. But getting older, I wanted to downsize on maintenance service. I didn't want the artificial grass look around the trees, because of its life span. Gaspar had an impressive dump trailer to haul away all the debris. But one of his employees truck had an oil leak problem on the driveway. So have some cardboard handy to catch the leak. On the day of concrete pour, Mr. Perez brought along his "A" team of 4 finishers. In the end we had a lil "compa" work party Bar-B-Q. I am satisfied & happy with this project. "Cash is King.

Gasper is very easy to work with. He communicated well via text and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He and his crew were very hard-working and kept a tidy work space. I appreciated how quickly the work was done in spite of the extremely hot weather. We drew him a picture of what we wanted, and he did exactly what we were hoping for. The quality of his work is so good that another contractor complimented the work we had done afterwards. We would definitely use him again for any future projects, and we highly recommend him for landscaping, including masonry, irrigation, and electrical.

They were always there when they said they would be. Always in time. Great work. When I wanted to make changes throughout the job he was able to accommodate. They did my whole yard around my house than I had gem come back and built me a PIZZA OVEN/BBQ island. It looks Awsome. Will recommend them to everyone.

Gaspar and his crew did a phenomenal job. We sent a message and he came by to look at the space the next day and sent a quote the same day. We agreed and he came in 2 days and completed the work requested. The work exceeded our expectations. The hard labor of digging up grass was done in a day. The pavers, fence and leveling of the space and pouring the rocks and concrete was finished the next day. We absolutely would ask him and his team to do any other work. His price was fair for the work provided.

This guy and his team are very hard workers and had very reasonable prices compared to the competition. They did everything within a few hours and added black mulch, dug, leveled and put some weed barrier. Thank you for all your help🙏🏾
