- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have promotional specials throughout the year as well as other discounts you may qualify for. Once training begins, all payments are non-refundable. I always try to work with your budget but remember, cheap trainers aren't good, and good trainers aren't cheap!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to schedule a consultation. This will allow us to discuss more in depth the issues you are having, how we can resolve them and what training options will benefit you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Dog Trainer Certifications, one of which is my Master Dog Trainer Certification.
