Not completely true . I finished your project at 90% and you had a lot of extras done,that I completed without you paying for the labor, plus I gave you proof of the situation at hand and you never once offered to pay for the extra work me and my guys completed for the garage conversion . Yet you feel ok asking for free work, not paying,and burning me after ?🤦🏽‍♂️👍🏽

The client should mention all the extra work he added that I finished for him without charging him any extra labor/only materials ( A wall to be cover both sides sheet rock tap,top,skim,plus texture,prime and paint in replacement of barn door/ window addition on wall, frame out, trim finish carpentry and cut glass to install window / patches throughout his house that needed to be sanded down ,texture and paint ,damages the client created himself) all this conveniently added by the client , after the contract was agreed upon. In my defense, I staid in contact with the client at all times and completed the project to the highest standards possible, respected his home , as he gave me the keys to his home and trusted me with everything. The client is upset because he didn’t get his way and through a tantrum the last day and hours before completion, I would have installed the lights as a bonus like I promised, only thing is he acts like a bully and threatens me with thumbtack to ruin my reputation. So I will not be intimidated by this bully of a client ! On a positive note I professionally completed his project ,got paid for it in full , so for that I am thankful, to his wife that always treated me with respect, I am greatly appreciated for the hospitality and trust 🙏🏽👍🏽💪🏽 thank you !
