Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Andrew DeSesa, I help both the ordinary person with No Experience in the gym as well as the Experienced Athlete look, move and feel their best through 1-on-1 personal training.

Why I Got Into Personal Training is as a young kid...I always dreamed of playing college football, but I was naturally unathletic. (When I told other people about my dream of playing college football they told me they didn't believe it was possible.)
Fast-forward After 6 years of hard work and learning, I got accepted to Brown University to play D1AA Collegiate Football. After college I got into competitive powerlifting to start a New Chapter of My Physical Journey.
After winning several competitions I had people come to me for help who had seen how far I had come and how I had transformed who I was.
This got me into Personal Training.
Since becoming a Personal Trainer I have worked with over 250+ People to help them to change their life over the last 10+ years. (To help them to accomplish goals they never thought possible.)
