My last company forgot to take out Cleveland municipality tax then took weeks to correct the issue, which put me behind on taxes. I ultimately ended up forgetting to file prior to tax day and continued to put it off. I eventually reached out to Kevin on a Friday night at 5 PM EST not expecting to hear back until the following week. To my surprise, I received a response within two minutes. From there, we were on a call within five and less than twenty minutes after initially reaching out, I was inputting my information into the portal. My taxes were filed within 24 hours. Kevin exceeded every single expectation I had and lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. I cannot recommend him enough!!
