Talin and Rocco are definitely the best in their field. We are first time landlords and have no idea how to even start the process. They patiently explained every single step and went above and beyond what a property manager would typically do to help us push through with our lease. They are very thorough with their work from inspecting the property all the way to selecting the best applicant. They have a wide range of contacts (plumbers, painters, cleaners) that they are happy to suggest to us. They listened to all of our concerns and provided suggestions but were never pushy and let us make our own decisions. We are very thankful we found them!

I met Talin a few years ago through a mutual work associate. She initially helped me get my new tenants on-boarded with a reliable lease agreement and validated covid addendum during a very difficult time mid-pandemic. It gave me peace of mind to know that my paperwork was thorough. Fast forward a couple years later, I felt confident to hire Talin again to find tenants for an apartment that I was having difficulty renting. She responded straight away, visited the property, physically helped me get it ready and identify any setbacks that were unappealing to tenants, she took care of showing the apartment and placed tenants within a month. My favorite part of working with Talin is that she is extremely professional, honest, reliable and very much to the point. She only asks the questions she needs to and figures everything else out on her own.. very impressive and reassuring for property owners who don't live nearby. Talin gets the job done with super efficiency --- I highly recommend working with her!
