Hi, my name is Sydney and I would love to help you achieve your fitness goals! I am certified through NASM and have years of experience with my training. My style of training is intentional, purposeful, and not over complicated and I am very passionate about proper body mechanics. My goal is to get your body to its full potential and help you stay injury free while gaining strength to help you live your everyday life with more confidence. Whether your goal is to lose, gain, or maintain weight and build lean muscle mass, I am your gal!
