- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I allow my clients to pay by the session. They can also pay for a group of sessions upfront if that helps them stay committed. Whatever works best for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them come in to check out the facility and get a good feel for the vibe of the gym. Then I run them through some basic assessments that help me understand were their level of fitness is at so that I can create a personalized workout program to get them to their goals as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science in Applied Exercise Science. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I hold 3 certifications through NASM. Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also a TRX certified instructor. CPR/AED certified. I was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach of a D2 Football program (Azusa Pacific University) for 1 season before going into personal training full time. I am a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well.
