- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new client, I assess their physical statistics by discovering body fat percentage and body weight. Then, we perform a physical evaluation to explore into the client's physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility. With these factors in hand, I can successfully build a workout/nutrition program and give the client an understanding of what it will take to reach their desired physical goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), and American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have helped countless clients meet their physical goals in weight loss, strength building, muscle building, reduction of body fat, physical therapy, and more. I have successfully serviced over 10,000 personal training sessions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became an independent personal fitness trainer to help my clients without limitations. When you're a personal fitness trainer at a big-name corporate gym, you're held to certain limitations of the services you can provide for your clients. Being an independent trainer gives me the allows me to utilize all the necessary tools to achieve my client’s physical goals.
