Wellness District is a life saver! I was struggling intensely with my mental health pre - pandemic. I felt deeply triggered, was dealing with physical issues I didn't understand, and worst of all - it seemed like it would last forever. Chris is able to see past the struggle and lead his clients toward recovery.
He encouraged me to try many different treatments including neuro feedback therapy and emotion code therapy. I haven't had to sit in a cold, horrible doctor's office. Each practitioner has been welcoming, kind, and safe; holistic healers that are looking at you as a person, not just shoving you out the door with a prescription in your hand.
I'm so happy to say that I have healed!!! I no longer feel trapped in rumination and anxiety, and the physical issues that kept me up at night have resolved.
