I can charge hourly for smaller tasks (50$/hour) or offer a flat rate for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
✅ The customer reaches out to me via thumbtack, text SMS, or phone to discuss their needs. I ask for details about the project, including photos if possible, to better understand the scope. ✅ I arrive on time, equipped with the tools and materials needed. If special materials are required, we’ll discuss whether you’d like to provide them or have me pick them up. ✅ I complete the job efficiently and with attention to detail. I always communicate throughout the process to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience as a handyman before starting my own business. During this time, I worked on a wide range of projects, from minor repairs to more complex home improvement tasks. My friends and family often relied on me to help with their home repairs, which gave me even more practical experience and the confidence to turn my skills into a full-time business.
